I'm an IT specialist with almost 10 years of experience in the field and an academic background in computer science. In my current role, I manage all technology infrastructure for 17 library branches across seven counties in Georgia, including the org's website. I also freelance in web development.

I provide tier 1-3 technical support for 17 MGRL branches, manage a range of IT software & infrastructure including 300 computers & 3 servers, and oversee the organization's website. I also provide training and write grants, among other duties.

Freelance Web Development & Field Tech

I implement and customize content management systems like WordPress and Wix, create responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, utilize GitHub for version control, and ensure clear client communication and project management. I've also managed social media accounts.
